The 25th European Electronics Technology College: New Impetus for the Industry

Electronics manufacturing is faced with the task of constantly adapting to new developments and future trends. This year, the 25th European Electronics Technology College, which takes place from 2 to 6 April in Colonia de Sant Jordi, Mallorca, will focus on the latest technologies and strategies that will shape the manufacturing world of tomorrow. Don't miss out on this special anniversary event and take the opportunity to network with industry leaders and peers and help shape the next steps in the manufacturing revolution!

Under the motto "transformation in manufacturing: additive technologies, design for excellence and management strategies" and chaired by Ulf Oestermann, Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration IZM, this year's presentations will focus on current topics and future-oriented innovations in electronics manufacturing: on 3 April, Pascal Schläpfer from IST AG will start with his presentation "application of additive manufacturing in sensor production – requirements for AVT". Other speakers on the day include Dr Kay Reuter from the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Technology and Applied Materials Research on additive manufacturing using screen printing, Viktoria Rawinski from Rawinski GmbH on material analyses in electronics production, Mahanty Wolfgang from OPTIMUM datamanagement solutions GmbH on requirements criteria for a worker assistance system and Roland Mair from Mair Elektronik GmbH on the benefits of software solutions.

On the second day, Professor Isabell Welpe from the Technical University of Munich, Wolfgang Motzek from Coronex Electronic GmbH, Klaus Schuster from SG Automotive and Jörg Häfner from Schnait GmbH will talk about strategies for change and the power of innovation, counterfeit components from the perspective of an EMS service provider, recognising and understanding management sins as well as the challenges, trends and their implementation in the production of power electronics. In addition, Professor Isabell Welpe and her guests Werner Kreibl, Johannes Rehm, Josef Ernst, Josef Jost, Christian Ortmann, Florian Chervaz and Stefan Heczko invite you to a panel discussion on the topic of "transformation in mechanical engineering" in the morning.

Take the opportunity to expand your knowledge and make valuable contacts, as well as the chance to exchange ideas with experts from various specialist areas, the speakers and the organisers of the college in the special ambience of the conference venue.

The organisers of the EE-Kolleg, ASM Assembly Systems, the ASYS Group, Balver Zinn, Christian Koenen, kolb Cleaning Technology GmbH, Rehm Thermal Systems and Zevac AG, are looking forward to spending an inspiring and insightful week with you on Mallorca!
